These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bemnet Movers website and any moving, office relocation, packing & unpacking, storage, or cleaning services you book with us.
Quotes and Bookings
Quotes provided through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we've reviewed your inventory, access conditions, and any special requirements. Bookings are confirmed once both parties agree on scope, date, and price.
Insurance and Liability
Every move includes insurance coverage as standard. Enhanced coverage is available on request for high-value items. Please disclose fragile, valuable, or hazardous items in advance so we can take appropriate precautions — items not disclosed may not be covered.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure someone authorized is present at both the pickup and drop-off locations, that access (parking, elevators, building permissions) is arranged in advance, and that prohibited or hazardous items are not included in your move.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can adjust crew and vehicle planning. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial charge to cover crew and vehicle costs already committed.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, mobile money, and cash. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Availability
Bemnet Movers operates 24/7. Same-day and urgent requests are accommodated whenever our schedule allows.
